What impact you will have

You will engage with customers during the pre-sales phase, working on mission-critical data center applications and ensuring Submer solutions are effectively integrated into their MEP infrastructure. This is a role at the forefront of AI and cutting-edge data center technology, giving you the chance to work on high-impact, innovative projects.

What you’ll do

Technical Expertise & Subject Matter Leadership

• Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in technically complex projects and tenders.

• Provide technical validation and qualification of opportunities following standard procedures.

Customer & Sales Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Europe Sales Team to support the full sales cycle as the main technical point of contact, building and maintaining trusted relationships with customers

Technical Proposals & Design Integration

• Collaborate closely with customers during the pre-sales phase to ensure Submer solutions are effectively integrated into their MEP infrastructure.

• Create and develop technical and commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements.
  

What you’ll need

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

• + 7 years in pre-sales / technical sales for MEP in mission-critical infrastructure.

• Experience preparing technical-commercial proposals.

• Nice to have:

  • Experience with Data Center projects and knowledge of cooling and power systems.

  • Knowledge of liquid cooling

• Fluent in English.

Autonomy & adaptability: Able to work independently in dynamic, changing environment.

Communication & leadership: Strong communication, organization, presentation, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Project management: Previous project management experience is a strong advantage.
