Global Partner Manager, Channel Sales – Europe & UK
About Submer
At Submer, we are redefining how data centers are built, integrated, and operated — with sustainability, efficiency, and innovation at the core. Our mission is to enable the world’s most efficient digital infrastructure through immersion cooling technologies that dramatically reduce energy and water consumption while boosting performance and scalability.
We are now looking for a Global Partner Manager, Channel Sales – Europe & UK with experience in value-added distribution and managing channel partners across enterprise IT, data center, and network solutions, to join our team and take a leading role in driving growth through key channel partnerships across the region.
This is not a traditional channel role. We are seeking a professional with a strategic and consultative mindset — someone who builds strong relationships, listens deeply to partner needs, and translates global frameworks into local execution. Working closely with our strategic partner, you will help shape and scale the future of sustainable datacenters across Europe & UK.
What you’ll do
You will execute Submer’s global channel strategy, driving growth through strong partner engagement, enablement, and commercial success.
- Execute Submer’s global channel strategy, aligned with the company’s partner framework and regional business priorities.
- Lead and grow the strategic partnership with our partners, ensuring joint business planning, enablement, and sales acceleration.
- Build, manage, and expand relationships with distributors, resellers, system integrators, consultants, and technology partners across the UK&I and continental Europe.
- Develop and implement structured partner programs with clear tiering, incentives, enablement pathways, and performance metrics.
- Drive partner enablement and activation through training, certification, co-marketing, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Presales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure partners are fully equipped to succeed in datacenter, HPC/AI, and cloud transformation projects.
- Negotiate and formalize partner agreements, ensuring alignment with commercial, compliance, and pricing frameworks.
- Represent Submer at partner and industry events, strengthening relationships with hyperscalers, OEMs, and technology ecosystem players.
- Track and report partner performance across revenue contribution, pipeline generation, and strategic impact.
- Adapt global partner programs to regional market conditions, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in execution.
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years’ experience in channel or alliance management within datacenter, cloud, HPC/AI, or enterprise IT sectors.
- Proven success in building and scaling partner ecosystems across EMEA or global markets.
- Deep understanding of technology distribution and reseller ecosystems, with direct experience managing Tier-1 value-added distributors in enterprise IT, data center infrastructure, and network solutions.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with a track record of structuring complex partner agreements.
- Strategic mindset and ability to translate global strategies into regional execution.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
