We are looking for a Financial Controller to oversee our US finance operations, partner on transformative business initiatives, and manage both our legacy product portfolio and our rapidly emerging services.
This is a chance to join at an inflection point: you’ll have the opportunity to help build something great from the ground up while ensuring operational excellence today and shaping the financial foundation for tomorrow.
What impact you will have
This is a role for someone who can balance hands-on execution with strategic influence. You’ll keep accounting accurate and compliant, streamline processes, and coach a high-performing team, while also translating numbers into insights that drive business growth and transformation.
What you’ll do
- Lead US accounting operations and ensure compliance with US GAAP.
- Own financial close, reporting, and audit readiness for North America.
- Standardize policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Drive process improvements, ERP upgrades, and automation initiatives.
- Partner cross-functionally with leadership to provide reporting, guidance on business growth, strategic pivots, and new market opportunities.
- Act as a thought partner in shaping transformation strategy, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, MBA preferred).
- 10+ years of progressive finance/accounting experience in the US, ideally with regional oversight in global companies with international supply chains.
- Proven success in a Controller or senior accounting leadership role.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audit management.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Business Central preferred).
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP, tax compliance, and internal controls.
- Background in data center, services, construction, or tech industries highly valued.
- Demonstrated track record of driving process transformation and enabling scale.
Who you are
We’re looking for someone who brings not only technical expertise but also the mindset and behaviors to thrive in a fast-scaling, global environment.
Solutions-oriented & agile – thrives in change and focuses on outcomes, not obstacles.
Proactive & culturally fluent collaborator – builds strong cross-team relationships and works with ease across regions and diverse teams.
Strong communicator – explains finance clearly to all stakeholders, influences leadership with credibility.
Leader & coach – develops talent, fosters ownership, and builds trust and transparency.
Strategic & Operational Balance - translates numbers into action, anticipates risks and opportunities, and balances detail with the big picture decision making.
Change driver – champions continuous process improvements, and transformation
Disciplined & resourceful – delivers reliably under pressure.
👉 Why now?
