What impact you will have

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to lead complex engineering projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project schedules, and ensure successful delivery of our engineering solutions. You will play a key role in stakeholder communication, risk management, and quality assurance, while working in a dynamic, international environment.

What you’ll do

Project Planning & Execution

• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Ensure timely distribution of project materials and documentation.

Shipment Tracking

• Oversee and coordinate shipment logistics.
• Provide clear and timely communication regarding shipping status and updates to relevant parties.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues proactively and transparently.
• Foster strong, positive relationships with cross-functional teams and partners.

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify potential project risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Resolve project issues promptly to minimize impact on deliverables and timelines.

Quality Assurance

• Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure all deliverables meet defined requirements and quality standards.

Reporting

• Track and analyze key project metrics.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.

What you’ll need

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field from an accredited university.
• Location: In-office presence required Tuesday through Thursday.
• Language: Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
• Travel: Willingness and ability to travel internationally (Europe and Asia) up to 20% of the time.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing IT hardware product development, datacenter development, or manufacturing projects.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and MS Office Suite.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage complex project schedules, dependencies, and deliverables.
