What impact you will have

In this role, the successful candidate will give support to accounting department.

What you’ll do

• General accounting (suppliers, customers, accounting entries, provisions, prepayments, banks, fixed assets)
• Preparation of the necessary documentation and information to compile and present the monthly tax obligations.
• Bi-monthly forecasting and scheduling of payments.
• Collaborate in monthly accounting closings.

What you’ll need

• At least 6 year of experience in Accounting and/or Finance department
• Good knowledge of general accounting standards
• Knowledge of ERP such as Navision, Microsoft Business Central is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Methodical person with administrative, planning and management capacities and exhaustive person in compliance with the internal procedures.
• Interest and ability to multi-task in a multi-disciplinary environment.
• Ability to prioritize workload and ability to work with strict reporting deadlines
• Fluent English and Spanish
