What impact you will have

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to lead and drive our technology operations and strategy in a fast-paced, international environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, extensive expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, and a proven track record in managing budgets and IT infrastructure.

What you’ll do

• Oversee and manage IT operations, ensuring reliable and efficient technology performance across all departments.

• Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 environments, maintaining high levels of security and operational efficiency.

• Develop, monitor, and control IT budgets, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and goals.

• Establish and enforce IT policies and best practices in alignment with global corporate standards.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and support digital transformation initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with international IT standards, security protocols, and industry regulations.

• Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including both LAN and WAN, to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.

• Oversee the use and deployment of security appliances to safeguard organizational assets.

What you’ll need

• 5-10 years of experience in IT management roles, with a proven ability to lead teams and manage IT operations.

• In-depth expertise in Microsoft 365 administration and enterprise-level IT solutions.

• Strong background in networking (LAN/WAN) and network management.

• Extensive experience with security appliances and threat management systems.

• Solid experience in budget management, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.

• Proven experience working in international business environments and managing cross-functional collaboration.

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive IT strategy, foster team performance, and promote innovation.
