What impact you will have
As a Senior Account Executive, you will spearhead efforts to drive global sales of our innovative immersion cooling solutions. You will manage the end-to-end sales process, build strategic relationships, and identify growth opportunities within the cryptocurrency and blockchain ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic industry with a company committed to innovation and sustainability.
What you’ll do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and target prospective clients, including crypto mining facilities, data centers, and blockchain companies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the crypto mining sector.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding clients’ cooling needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Prospect and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and market research.
- Expand the company's market presence by identifying new business opportunities.
- Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Work closely with technical and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
What you’ll need
- 8+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in B2B technology or industrial solutions.
- Prior experience in the cryptocurrency industry is required.
- Strong understanding of immersion cooling technologies and their application in crypto mining or data center environments.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for sustainability and innovative technology.
