What impact you will have
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Account Executive based on the West Coast to drive revenue growth in North America. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of success in the data center industry.
What you’ll do
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet revenue targets and expand market share;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—such as marketing, product development, and customer support—to ensure sales efforts are aligned with overall business objectives;
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes creativity and innovation;
- Maintain a strong commitment to creating a sustainable ecosystem within the data center industry.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer segments to broaden the company’s market presence;
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
- Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities, and adjust strategies as needed.
What you´ll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in senior sales roles within the technology or data center industry.
- Strong understanding of data center technologies, products, and solutions.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans that drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
