What impact you will have 

As a member of the Field Services team, you will play a key role in delivering services to our customers and/or supporting Submer partners in executing these activities.

What you’ll do 

The Field Services Engineer you will be responsible for: 

• Managing the preparation and execution of services by gathering essential information, preparing necessary documents, and coordinating with customers and/or third parties.
• Providing technical and organizational support to customers, teammates, and partners throughout all stages of project implementation.
• Supporting customers on-site during the installation of immersion cooling solutions.
• Executing commissioning services according to Submer procedures. 
• Training customers at the start of operations.
• Assisting the Customer Care team in troubleshooting and resolving incidents/malfunctions.
• Performing on-site preventive and corrective maintenance services.
• Utilizing information from internal tools to ensure the highest standards of support for our customers and partners.
• Supporting the training of the services team to ensure proper installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance according to Submer procedures.

What you’ll need 

To excel in this role, you should have : 

• 2 to 5 years of proven experience in related positions.
• Hands-on experience with installation, commissioning, and maintenance services.
• Hands-on experience with maintaining electronic low-voltage systems.
• Previous experience in data centers, HPC, supercomputing, or related products and systems is highly desirable.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are highly valued.
• Availability to travel as needed to support on-site projects, partners, and customers.
• A valid driver’s license.
